1. Having the supreme bones as well as the dual pupils would mean Shi Yi will be the best in the clan if not the entire realm (dual pupil eyes is supposed to be better than having supreme bones, BUT, people with supreme bones can strengthen faster and cultivate faster)
2. Removing it from Shi Hao would mean that it is one less person to threaten Shi Yi's position as "genius" of the Stone Clan
3. Selfish reasons because she is from the Rain Clan, one genius in the Stone Clan is enough and Shi Yi is her son after all (so there will be some connection and relationship with Rain Clan), two genius in the Stone Clan would mean they will dominate over the Rain Clan and Shi Hao isnt connected to Rain Clan in any way directly

Shi Hao is an oddity since his body manages to grow a second supreme bone, which "controlled" the first one, but he gives his second bone to his brother when he BIG SPOILER dies, BUT he is revived and reason why I say he is an oddity is because he doesnt need the supreme bones as the power he gained when he had the second bone is infused into his body and he does use a dual pupil where he picked up from a few episodes ago

I dont know what happened to the Stone Clan ancestor who protected Shi Yi and his grandfather, I would have made sure he suffered badly since he said "10 years later we will compensate Shi Hao" yet nothing happened, most likely the author forgot about him

I cant remember if it was after Shi Hao visited the Stone Clan or way way after but half of Stone Clan left with Shi Hao and formed a separate Stone Clan and broke off ties with the original one lol
